There are 11 traditional and heirloom varieties of apples in Eden Ice Cider, including -
Empire, MacIntosh, Roxbury Russet, Esopus Spitzenberg, Cox's Orange Pippin, Cortland, Northern Spy, Blue Pearmain, Black Gilliflower, Orleans Reinette, Reine de Reinette
Many of these have been grown in the Northeast for centuries. Roxbury Russet, for example, was discovered in Roxbury Mass. in 1687!
