1 oz Eden Ice Cider
¾ oz VT Gold vodka
¼ oz Goldschlager (EASY on this)
¾ oz sparkling apple cider

Chill with plenty of ice in a cocktail shaker, but don’t whatever you do shake it!!

Strain and serve up in a Simon Pearce Ascutney Martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon sugar rim (equal parts cinnamon and sugar)
