These elegant artisanal aperitif ciders were developed in collaboration with maître liquoriste and author Deirdre Heekin.  They are based on the centuries-old European tradition of  infused wines from family recipes. Originally 'medicinal' in purpose, aperitif wines such as sweet and dry vermouth, Campari, Lillet, Fernet Branca, Chartreuse and others have become staples in classic and creative cocktails.   

We set out to create local, artisanal, high quality aperitifs from traditional New England ingredients.   We use only locally grown apples and herbs, and our ciders are made naturally with no added sugar, enzymes, or fining agents.
